Openings for take-charge managers responsible for the administration of activities at the field level, providing on-site leadership and making day-to-day decisions that are required to ensure a successful, safe and timely project delivery and completion. Works closely with representatives of the Owner and Owner's consultants. Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in commercial construction. Must be well organized with a BS in construction-related discipline preferred. Proven experience and leadership are required.
Responsible for various estimating activities through all phases of preconstruction and construction, including the evaluation of construction alternatives, the solicitation and preparation of bids, completion of quantity takeoffs and pricing. Two years experience is required.
Responsible for the scheduling, cost control and project documentation (RFI, Shop Drawings, Change Orders, Contract Documents) for the project, as well as the close-out of the project. Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in commercial construction.
Directly responsible for the supervision, coordination, scheduling and control of all field activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Oversees project safety and quality control programs. Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in commercial construction. Proven experience and leadership are required. Superintendents are needed for various industries.
