New Jerusalem M.B. Church

New Jerusalem’s Phase 1 renovation is a 5000 sq ft total interior conversion into the twenty first century. Three state of the art PTZ cameras were installed for recording as well as LCD televisions in the Fellowship Hall, Pastor’s office and classrooms. Bathrooms were totally renovated and new flooring was installed throughout.

The sanctuary received the most attention with extensive detailed trim molding added, as well as new pews, choir chairs and pulpit furniture. Phase Two will consist of a total exterior makeover with the addition of new bathrooms to the front of the building, a new steeple and marquee.

Florida A&M University Rattler Pointe

Rattler Pointe is a 14 unit Student Housing complex on the Campus of FAMU. This project required extremely clever engineering to accommodate the storm water maintenance facility located under the ten unit building. Hollow core concrete slabs were utilized along with a pier foundation system to maximize the holding capacity of the facility while also complying with fire code, building code and the environment restraints of this site.

This project had a very tight construction time with extremely difficult and costly repercussions if the project was not delivered on time. The units were completed and students moved in one week before our deadline.
