Maurice Evans is experienced in all aspects of general construction, having started his career in Masonry 20 years ago.

Mr. Evans will be the lead executive responsible for ensuring adequate planning, scheduling and management of the construction projects. He will also be responsible for oversight of the day to day tasks involved with project management.

Having a diversified vast professional experience in the industry. Have managed and worked with million dollars complex competitive challenge projects and have implemented them successfully with efficiency and quality. Have expertise in project cost estimation, negotiations for projects at various levels, up to date knowledge about various government and private body regulations and well experienced in project management.

With 20—Construction/Project Management Certified General Contractor—#CGC1513032 Glen has a vast knowledge of planning and coordinating, design and construction functions and scheduling software: (Expedition, Primavera Suretrak and Microsoft Project).

A certified general contractor having extensive superintendent and project management experience and many years of managing multiple projects. Projects are completed within the allotted schedule and within contractual budget terms. A contractor with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Contractor having the ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with all trade contractors, Architects and Structural/Civil Engineers.

Experienced in the self performance of all structural wood framing and interior trim, the placement of footers and concrete slabs. Experienced in scheduling and supervising all phases of projects, including, but not limited to the installation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, steel beam and column installation and the supervising installation of block stem walls.
